Private Limited Company registration is registered in 11-05-2021, India and Registrar of Company is RoC - Hyderabad(hereinafter referred to as "PAYZIGO", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns). The value in the PAYZIGO payment platform can be used by you for BBPS, AEPS, MATM from any merchants associated/registered with the PAYZIGO Payment platform. PAYZIGO Payment platform represents the payment instrument used for the above purposes and does not represent sale, resale, or license of any of the products or services, and PAYZIGO disclaims any responsibility for or liability related to them
Login & Registration
To be able to use the PAYZIGO payment platform, you will have to get yourself registered with PAYZIGO. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the activity that occurs from your PAYZIGO Payment platform, when authorized by you, and you must keep your payment platform information secure and confidential, including without limitation your User number/login, password, payment method(s), and PIN/OTP (if any). You agree, inter alia, to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the payzigo registration form while registering (such information being the "Registration Data"); (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times; (iii) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your payment platform or any other breach of security.

When you visit https://payzigo.in/ or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By communicating with us, you consent or receive communication from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website.
